Mobile Warden Service
Part of your service from Acorn includes a mobile warden service. You will have the warden mobile number to use for urgent housing related support. This is for use before 8.00am and after 6.00pm Monday to Friday and during weekends when the office is closed and Support Workers are not at work. This service is to help you if you have a problem that needs dealing with straightaway, and that cannot wait.
Here are some examples:
- If your heating goes wrong
- If your pipes burst pipe or there is a flood
- If there is an electrical problem and you have no power
- If you have an urgent medical problem and you need support to contact services.
